Our Story – From Our Kitchen to Yours
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Swastik started as a humble kitchen project—just me and my daughter, fresh out of college, handpicking, grading, and packing each batch of makhana ourselves. With only one helper and no machines, everything was done manually, with passion and precision.
As months passed, our small venture began to grow. The whole family pitched in, taking on different roles to keep things running smoothly. After six months, we made our first big breakthrough, investing in a weighing machine—our first step towards scaling up. But through it all, one thing remained unchanged: our commitment to quality and care.
More than just a business, Makhana Swastik became a mission—a way to empower underprivileged women by providing them with respectable, fair-paying jobs. We take pride in employing 100% female unskilled laborers, giving them the opportunity to gain financial independence and build a better future for themselves and their families.
Today, as we continue to grow, our values remain the same—family, integrity, and social impact. Every pack of makhana we sell carries a piece of our journey, our hard work, and our dream of bringing healthy, delicious, and ethically produced snacks to homes across the world.
Thank you for being a part of our story.
